Gmail settings

To manage Gmail settings, touch Menu icon and Settings in Inbox screen.

General settings

• Confirm before	Mark the checkbox to confirm before
deleting	deleting emails.
• Confirm before	Mark the checkbox to confirm before
archiving	archiving emails.
• Confirm before	Mark the checkbox to confirm before
sending	sending emails.
• Reply all	Touch to mark the checkbox to make the
	default responding to messages.
• Auto-advance	Touch to select which screen to show
	after you delete or archive a conversation.

•Hide checkboxes Mark the checkbox to hide checkboxes while selecting emails in the batch mode.

•Message Actions Touch to show/hide message actions.

•Clear search history Touch to remove the search history.

•Ask to Show pictures Touch to hide pictures for all senders.

•Enable full text Mark the checkbox to enable indexing message

content to allow local search.

•Enable drag and Mark the checkbox to enable drag and drop drop contact chip contact chip between To and CC/BCC

Touch an account, the following settings will show:

•Priority Inbox To set this inbox as the default one.

• Email	Select to activate notification when a new email
notifications	arrives.
• Ringtone &	Touch to set Ringtone, Vibrate and Notify once.

• Signature	To add a signature text to the end of each mail
	you send.

•Gmail sync is ON Touch to turn on/off Gmail sync.

•Days of mail to Touch to set the duration of days for mail sync. sync

•Manage labels Touch to open the Label screen, where you can manage synchronization and notifications.

• Download	Mark the checkbox to auto download attachments
attachments	to recent messages via Wi-Fi.

Besides your Gmail account, you can also set-up external POP3 or IMAP email accounts in your phone.

To access this function, touch Application tab from the Home screen, then select Email.

An email wizard will guide you through the steps to set-up an email account.

•Enter the email address and password of the account you want to set-up.
