9.6.4To connect with your friends

Select a contact, you can communicate with your friend and set privacy

options.
 Map	Locate the friend's position on the map.
 Directions	Get directions to this friend's location.
 Ping for check-in	Send friends a notification and ask them to
	check in.
 Sharing options	Touch to set sharing options: Share best
	available location; Share city-level location
	only; Hide from this friend
 Remove this friend	Remove this friend from your list and stop
	sharing information with him or her.

9.6.5To control what you share

You can control the information you want to share with your friends.

Touch icon from Maps screen, then select Latitude, touch your own name, then Location history and Location settings are available, you may touch Location settings to get the following options:

Location reporting Touch to detect/set your location, or stop updating your location.

Enable location Hide/Unhide your location history. history
