You can select your favorite animation display from five types of Pattern3 in “Switching the Display Modes.”

Press and hold the SETUP button for at least 3 seconds.

Press the g DN or f UP button to select ANIMATION mode.

Press the BAND to select your preferred display type.

→OFF → type1 → type2 → type3 → type4 → type5

Press the SETUP button to return to normal mode.

NOTES

•After you select Pattern3 in “Switching the Display Modes,” the animation type you selected is shown.

•The initial setting at the factory is OFF.

Setting of Calendar Display Pattern Switching (CDA-7998 only)

You can switch the calendar display pattern to be shown when the time is displayed.

1 Press and hold the SETUP button for at least 3 seconds.

2 Press the g DN or f UP button to select the CALENDER DISPLAY mode.

3 Press the BAND button to select your preferred display pattern.

→mm/dd/yyyy → dd/mm/yyyy → yyyy/mm/dd

yyyy: shows the year in the Christian Era mm : shows the month

dd : shows the day

ex. dd/mm/yyyy → 25/12/2001

4 Press the SETUP button to return to normal mode.
