The display case is cons tructed of 18 gau ge, non -mag neti c stain less ste el and is mount ed direc tly on top of one pedes tal riser. A curv ed, temper ed glass front enclo ses the displ ay case and can be lif ted to a 90 degre e angle for easy cle aning . Remova ble, slid ing glass door s on the operat or side are inclu ded. Slid ing door trac ks have a “cl ean swee p” cutou t allowing for easy cle ani ng and crumb remov al. Frame d end glas s with rubbe r gasket materi al protec ts glas s edges from chipping and breakage. The bas e is div ided into two (2) indiv idua lly man aged hea t zones wit h each zone cont rolled by a separate ther mostat with a rang e of 1 throug h 10 and heat-on ind ica tor light. Over head lig hts are cont rolled by ON/OFF swit ches in two (2) light zones . Two (2) 125V plug outle ts are availa ble as an opt ion on 120/20 8-2 40V units only.
