cOnce the bottom of the module is free, slide the module up to release the clips on the top.

a)Push the battery module down gently.

b)Lift out the bottom of the battery module to release the clip on the bottom edge.

c)Lift up to remove the clips on the top edge.

4Insert the new battery and reattach the battery module to the remote battery board.

5If you removed the BBU control module in step 6, reattach it now.

6Reinstall the 3ware RAID controller and remote battery board.

7Reattach the battery cable to the control module

8Close up your system, and restart it.

9Run a battery test to compute the estimated battery capacity of this new battery.
