5.Channel 1 Bass Control - This control is used to increase (+20dB) or decrease (-30dB) the low fre- quency volume applied to the channel one source signal. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease a value or clockwise to increase a value.

6.Channel One Source Selector Switch - This two position switch is used to select the input source assigned to channel one. Each channel may only be assigned one input source at a time.

7.Cue Selector Switch - This three position switch is used to send a channel source signal through to the headphone output. In the center position (1+2) both channels, one and two, will be audible through the headphones. The headphone volume level be controlled by the Cue Level (1) control.

8.Channel One Fader - This fader is used to control the output signal of any source assigned to its particular channel.

9.Feather Fader Plus™ Crossfader - This fader is used to blend the output signals of channels 1 and

2 together. When the fader is in the full left position (channel 1), the output signal of channel one will be controlled by the master volume level. The same fundamentals will apply for channel two, sliding the fader from one position to another will vary the output signals of channels one and two respectively. When the crossfader is set in the center position, the output signals of both the channels 1 and chan- nels 2 will be even.

10.Microphone Input Jack - This jack is used to a connect a microphone to the mixer. Connect your mic via a 1/4 inch (6.3mm) jack. The mic signal volume will be controlled by Mic Level volume controller

11.Headphone Jack - This jacks is used to connect a set of stereo headphones to the mixer. Use headphones only rated at 8 ohms to 16 ohms. Most DJ headphones are rated at 16 ohm, these are highly recommended. Always be sure the Cue Level Volume (1) is set to minimum before you put the headphones on.

12.Hamster Switch - Changes the polarity of the Crossfader (for crabbing). Channel 1 will be acti- vated by the right side of the crossfader (mixing from right to left), and Channel 2 will be activated by the left side of the crossfader (mixing from left to right).

13.Channel Two Fader - This fader is used to control the output signal of any source assigned to channel two.

14.Source Selector Switch - These switches are used to select the input source assigned to each channel. Each channel may only be assigned one input source at a time.

15.Channel 2 Bass Control - This control is used to increase (+20dB) or decrease (-30dB) the high frequency volume applied to the channel two source signal. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease a value or clockwise to increase a value.

16.Channel Two Cut Buttons - These buttons are used to cut out the Treble, Mid or Bass frequencies of the incoming audio signal. When these buttons are engaged the selected frequency level is cut by 100%. Depressing the Cut Button will disengage the cut function.

17.Channel 2 Treble Control - This control is used to increase (+20dB) or decrease (-30dB) the high frequency volume applied to the channel two source signal. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease a value or clockwise to increase a value.

18.Master Volume Control - This rotary knob is used to control the master output level (volume). To avoid distorted output try to maintain an average output signal level +4 dB.
