Add oil to the enameled oil pot, between the “MIN” and “MAX” lines.
Place the lid securely atop the deep fryer.
Secure the magnetic cord to the control head. The cord will only connect when the proper side is facing up.
Plug the power cord into an available power outlet. The unit will beep, the POWER light will illuminate and the digital display will flash “00:00.”
