Press the START/PAUSE button. The digital display will default to 375°.
To select a different temperature, press the UP and DOWN buttons.
Once temperature is selected the “F” on the display will flash.
The digital display will show the actual temperature as it preheats to the selected temperature. The HEATING light will illuminate.
