The jumpers on the motherboard allow you to change some feature settings to suit your customized system configuration.

Motherboard Frequency Settings (DSW Switches)

The motherboard frequency is adjusted through the DSW switches. The illustration below shows the default position:

Before changing any DSW or jumper setting, make sure to read the jumper descriptions and setting requirements in this section.

1. JumperFreeMode (JEN)

This jumper enables or disables the JumperFreemode. The default setting, [2-3], enables JumperFreemode. JumperFreemode permits processor settings to be made through the BIOS setup (see 4.4 Advanced Menu).
