ANNC. RECORD
IN USE
•On steady when a handset is in use.
•Flashes quickly while an incoming call is ringing.
HANDSET LOCATOR
Press to make the handset beep when a handset is not on the telephone base.
MESSAGE COUNTER
Number of messages (or during playback, message number currently playing). 
REPEAT
Press to repeat mes

ge; press twice to play previous message.
ON/OFF
Press to turn answering system on or off.
CLOCK
Press to review or set clock.
SETUP
Press to review or change answering system options.
ANNC. RECORD
ANNC.
Press to review or record announcement; press again to quit.
PLAY/STOP
Press to start or stop message playback.
SKIP
Press to skip message.
DELETE
Press to delete message currently playing; press twice to delete all old messages while the phone is not in use.
VOL
Press to adjust playback volume.
RECORD
Press to record a memo or after pressing ANNC. to record an outgoing announcement.
