TROUBLESHOOTING
SYMPTOM | Power leds off and no sound |
CAUSE | Power cord incorrectly inserted and/or amplifier switched off |
REMEDY | Check that cord is inserted both in the amplifier mains socket and in |
| the wall AC outlet and that the switch is in the “on” position |
CAUSE | Main fuses burnt out |
REMEDY | Check the fuses in the fuse holder (unplug cord from mains first!!) next |
| to the special socket and eventually replace with same type |
SYMPTOM | |
CAUSE | The trigger cord is defective |
REMEDY | Please replace with another cord |
CAUSE | Trigger selector switched to “off” position |
REMEDY | Switch the selector to “on” position |
CAUSE | The preamplifier trigger output is defective or switched off |
REMEDY | Check for 12V on preamplifier trigger output |
SYMPTOM | Power leds red and no sound |
CAUSE | Amplifier in stand by |
REMEDY | Provide a signal at an adequate volume |
SYMPTOM | One or more leds blinking red and no sound (speakers protection circuit |
| active) |
CAUSE | |
REMEDY | Turn off the unit, check and connect speakers cables properly and turn |
| on the unit again |
CAUSE | Severe power amp overload |
REMEDY | Turn off the unit, lower the listening volume of your preamplifier or check |
| for damage to speakers. Then turn on the unit again. |
