4)STD.BY/ON (standby/on) button

Turns the unit on and puts it in standby mode.

FUNCTION button

Select the source.

/SKIP (TUNING) buttons

Press

button once instantly to go back

to previous chapters / tracks. Press

button

once instantly to advance a chapters / tracks. Scan next or previous available radio stations.

5)VOLUME (+/-) buttons

Change the loudness of the sound from the speakers connected to the unit.

STOP button Stop playing a disc.

PLAY (PRESET) button

Press to start or resume playback. Preset tuner memory up.

6)Display window

See Display system information (Page 11).

7)COLOR control

Adjust for color intensity.

8)SCREEN (OFF / WIDE / NORMAL) switch WIDE : Wide-screen.

NORMAL : Pan screen.

9)PAUSE button

Press to pause playback of disc. Each time

you press the PAUSE button the picture

advances one frame. Press the PLAY button to resume playback.

REPEAT (BAND) button Repeat chapter or title of a DVD. Repeat single track or whole CD.

Switch between AM(MW) and FM frequency.

DISPLAY button

Change disc status information displayed on the screen.

SUBTITLE button

Select one of the subtitle languages programmed on a DVD.

10)STANDBY indicator

When the unit is turned on by pressing the

STD.BY/ON button. If you press the STANDBY/ON button on the remote control, the unit will turn off and go into standby mode. The light will continue to illuminate.

12)BRIGHTNESS control

Adjust the lightness or darkness of the color.

Note: Screen saver - If no button is pressed within a few minutes, the function will active. If you want to return the normal screen, press any button.
