•Screw 8M Nut onto the Axle. Place Wheel on Axle. Note: position Wheel with recessed center toward Nut.
•Insert Axle through holes in Wheel Legs. Secure other Wheel, using 8M Nut with two pliers. •Install Wheel Covers : Align Wheel Cover pins into holes on Wheel and snap in place.
