STEP 8 - Mount Igniter/ Flavor Activator Mounting Stud to Grill Bowl

		Tightening Nut - Comes on
		threaded post of Igniter and			(ITEM 27)			(ITEM 9)
		should be removed before			6mm WASHER			NUT, 6M
		mounting on Grill.				2 pcs			2 pcs

•Mount Igniter to Grill Bowl : With Tightening Nut removed, Insert Igniter threaded section down through Igniter hole ( located in center and next to and in front of Burner) of grill Bowl from inside until Igniter is resting on bottom of Bowl. NOTE: Do not remove or loosen the adjusting nuts on Igniter as the correct height has been preset by the factory. (See Photo 1 below)

•Position open side of Igniter Box to face Burner and secure Igniter with Tightening Nut from underside of grill Bowl. While keeping the Ignitor Box aligned with the edge of the Burner, tighten. (See Photo 2 below)

•Insert 6M washer onto the threaded end of each Flavor Activator Mounting Studs. Insert Flavor Activator Mounting Stud into center hole on each side of bowl and secure with 6M nut. (See Photo 3)
