3. If the network region of the G700 (1 in this example) is different from that of the S8700 CLAN
board(s), you must interconnect the two regions. Press NextPage to complete page 2, Inter
Network Region Connection Management.
The S8700 displays page 2 of the IP Net w ork Region screen. This screen show s a matrix of 250
network region numbers — 8 rows of 32 columns (only 26 columns are active in the last row). A
region number is determined by the row and column cell position in the matrix. For example,
region number 80 is the cell in the 3rd row (labled 65-96) and the 15th column (labled 5).
