Paso del cable de red (y los cables opcionales) por el orificio para cables

1. Afloje los tornillos de la cubierta del cable y sepárela de la cubierta inferior.

2.Retire la tapa, el tapón y la junta del prensaestopas que se va a utilizar.

3.Pase el cable de red por la tapa.

4.Deslice el cable de red a través de la ranura de la junta para fijar la junta al cable de red.

5.Pase el cable de red por el prensaestopas.

6.Presione la junta sobre el prensaestopas y atornille la tapa fuertemente.

Notas:

•El uso de cualquier otro prensaestopas puede provocar que se filtre agua, lo que dañaría el producto.

•Utilice siempre un cable de red blindado (STP) para exteriores entre el producto Axis y el extremo y asegúrese de que el extremo tenga una conexión a tierra adecuada. Se ha comprobado que las instalaciones de productos Axis con un cable de red blindado (STP) y un extremo con una conexión a tierra adecuada cumplen los niveles de los estándares de inmunidad del sector, como protección frente a sobrecargas. Cualquier otro método de instalación anulará la garantía y no protegerá la unidad frente a los riesgos.

•Un cable opcional con un diámetro de 4,0 mm - 5,5 mm se deberá pasar por un prensaestopas independiente (véase Presentación del hardware).
