Refer to the table below for troubleshooting information.

Problem	Cause	Possible Solution

Shortening Heating Too Slowly	Low voltage or improper	Contact an authorized BKI
	voltage	service agent for corrective
		action.
	Bad thermostat or loose	Contact an authorized BKI
	wires	service agent for corrective
		action.
	Weak heating elements or	Contact an authorized BKI
	heating elements breaking	service agent for corrective
	down	action.
	Coil on contactor is bad	Contact an authorized BKI
		service agent for corrective
		action.
Filter System Not Working	Uncertain	Press the reset button on end of
		pump and hi-limit reset button on
		control panel. If problems persist,
		contact an authorized BKI service
		agent for corrective action.
	Connections not tight	Tighten the connections. If
		problems persist, contact an
		authorized BKI service agent for
		corrective action.
	Filter valve not open	Contact an authorized BKI
		service agent for corrective
		action.
	Filter paper on screen	Change filter paper. If problems
	clogged with crumbs	persist, contact an authorized
		BKI service agent for corrective
		action.
	Motor hums, but does not	Check for clogged pump. If
	pump	problems persist, contact an
		authorized BKI service agent for
		corrective action.
	Motor and pump coupling	Contact an authorized BKI
	worn	service agent for corrective
		action.
	No power to control panel	Make sure drain valve is
		completely closed. If problems
		persist, contact an authorized
		BKI service agent for corrective
		action.
