4.Use a small vacuum cleaner designed for computers

and other office equipment to clean the filters. Or use a soft brush (such as a clean artist’s paintbrush) to gently sweep the dust away.

If the dirt is difficult to remove or the filters are broken, replace them. Contact your dealer or visit BenQ website at www.BenQ.com for more service information.

5.Replace the filters then press the covers back until they click into place.

If the covers are not correctly seated in place, you will be reminded by a message displayed on the screen every three minutes. The projector will automatically shut down after 10 minutes if there has been no further action taken. Re-install the filters securely, then turn on the power again.

Storing the projector

If you need to store the projector for an extended time, please follow the instructions below.

Make sure the temperature and humidity of the storage area are within the recommended range for the projector. Please refer to the Spec. page (51) in the manual or consult your dealer about the range.

Retract the adjuster feet.

Remove the batteries from the remote control.

Pack the projector in its original packing or equivalent.

Transporting the projector

It is recommended that you ship the projector with its original packing or equivalent. When you carry the projector yourself, please use the provided soft carry case.
