STB & PVR Function

z LEFT button skips and moves backward 15 seconds at a time. You can also jump to a certain position with the LEFT button. The anchor mark moves backward while you are holding down the LEFT button. You can play and watch from the anchored position by releasing the LEFT button.

z RIGHT button skips and moves forward 15 seconds at a time. You can also jump to a certain position with the RIGHT button. The anchor mark moves forward while you are holding down the RIGHT button. You can watch from the anchored position by releasing the RIGHT button.

zUP button skips and moves forward 10%.

zDOWN button skips and moves backward 10%.

NOTE

z If two services are being recorded simultaneously and you are watching a third service, the time-shift function for the third program will be disabled automatically.

zThe time-shift buffer will be initialized if you change to other services or go to File Play, wizTV or Setup mode.

zIf there is less than 10 seconds of history in the time-shifting buffer after initialization, the trick-mode operation can not work.

zIf the time-offset is less than 10 seconds from the live, the time- shifting function may not work properly and play the live on the screen.

zInsertion of bookmarkers and playback with bookmarkers or instant replaying is also possible in the time-shifting operation. Please refer to Chapter 6. Multimedia Contents Playback for more instructions.

zThe time-shift function is not supported for radio service.
