ATTACHING THE PROBE & CONTROL
The Grill Probe and Griddle Control will only fit into its |
matching socket. With the unit closed, push the Grill |
Probe into the lower socket so that the circles line up. |
Push the Griddle Control into the upper socket so that |
the arrows align (A). Be sure the Probe and Control are |
securely inserted before plugging the cord into an outlet. | A |
IMPORTANT: Both the Probe and Control must be in | |
place for the unit to operate. |
NOTE: If you are only using the Grill (ridged side), you |
may turn the Temperature Control Dial off to save heat and electricity. The Grill will always heat to maximum temperature — it is not adjustable. If you’re using the Griddle to cook, pull the Griddle Control out, flip it over, and insert it back into the upper socket so that the Temperature Control Dial faces up when the unit is open flat.
