Setting the Clock

Align the glass tray (4) on top of the roller support.

Connect the appliance to a suitable electrical supply.

Setting the Clock

When the microwave oven is connected to a suitable electrical supply, the oven will display "0:00".

To set the correct time, for example: To set 8:00 .

1Press the "CLOCK/PRE-SET" Note: If "STOP/CLEAR" button. The hour figures will flash.

2Press the number buttons "8","0","0" in order.

3Press the "CLOCK/PRE-SET" button is button to finish setting the clock. The time will be shown in the LED display.

Use (Fig. C)

Press the door release (8) to open the oven door then place the container onto the glass tray (4).

Close the door & press the Microwave MICROWAVE button repeatedly until the required power setting is shown in the LED display.

The Microwave power level can be adjusted to suit the required cooking method. There are five power settings available. These are:

Press Microwave once

MICROWAVE 100%

The LED display will show

"P100"

Press Microwave twice

80%

 

MICROWAVE

The LED display will show

"P 80"

Press Microwave three times

50%

The LED display will show

MICROWAVE

"P 50"

Press Microwave four times

30%

The LED display will show

MICROWAVE

"P 30"

Press Microwave five times

10%

 

MICROWAVE

The LED display will show

Enter the required cooking time using the numbered buttons on the control panel (1).

Note: The maximum microwave cooking time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds.

START

Press the "Start / Express Cook" EXPRESS COOK button to start cooking.

Example: To cook an item at 50% power for 10 minutes

1Press the Microwave MICROWAVE button three times so that P50 shows in the LED

2Press the numeric buttons 1, 0, 0, 0 in sequence

3 Press the Start / Express Cook EXPRESS COOK button to start cooking

Note: During Microwave cooking, the Microwave MICROWAVE button can be pressed to display the current microwave power in the LED for 3 seconds. After three seconds, the display will revert to normal.

Note: During cooking, the "CLOCK/PRE-

SET" Use (Fig. C) button can be pressed to show the current time in the LED for 2-3 seconds. The display will then revert to normal.

Once cooking has completed, an audible signal will be heard. Open the door & remove the cooked food.

Always use oven gloves when removing items from the oven.

If the door of the oven is opened during cooking, the microwave oven will automati- cally stop working. Cooking will continue after re-closing the door.

If the remaining cooking time is not required, press the "Stop / Clear" STOPCLEAR button to cancel further cooking.

Operating the oven when empty could damage the oven.

To stop the oven during operation, press the Stop / Clear STOP button.
