a.ACTIVATING THE BLUETOOTH
You must activate the Bluetooth feature of your phone to establish a Bluetooth connection between your Pocket PC device and other Bluetooth devices.
1.Select Start. Select Settings. Select Bluetooth. Select Bluetooth
2.Select On and tap ok.
b.PAIRING TO THE CELLULAR PHONE (not possible while charging)
1.Bring your phone to within about 20 cm from the Supertooth.
2.The Supertooth II is initially off. Turn it on by flipping up the Swivel Arm to the 55º position. The Bluetooth Indicator will glow (blue blink).
3.Simultaneously press the Reject Button and the
Pairing Mode.
4.On your phone Select Start. Select Settings. Select Bluetooth. Select Bluetooth.
5.Select Menu…Select Devices… Select Menu…Select New.
Your phone now searches for Bluetooth devices and will display them in the list.
6.Scroll to the name of the device, Supertooth, and then press Select.
7.Enter “0000” as the PassKey and then tap Done.
8.Enter a Display Name and Press Done. Note: In Name, you may or may not edit the name of your bonded device).
9.For the question, “Would you like to designate Supertooth as a handsfree device?”, Select Yes.
The Handsfree Kit is paired with your Xphone2. An enabled Bluetooth icon will be seen on screen indicating that the Supertooth is linked.
c.ANSWERING/RECEIVING A CALL
When the phone is receiving a call, two dissimilar ring tones will be heard from the phone and then from the Handsfree Kit.
