Les garanties fournies par BSH Home Appliances («Bosch») dans cet énoncé de garantie s’appliquent seulement aux lave-vaisselle vendus au premier utilisateur acheteur par Bosch ou un marchand, détaillant ou centre de service autorisé aux États-Unis ou au Canada. Les garanties suivantes ne sont pas transférables. POUR OBTENIR UN SERVICE, COMMUNIQUER AVEC LE CENTRE DE SERVICE BOSCH AUTORISÉ LE PLUS PRÈS OU TÉLÉPHONER AU 1.800.944.2904 OU ÉCRIRE À : BSH HOME APPLIANCES CORP., 5551 McFADDEN AVENUE, HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA92649. S’ASSURER D’INCLURE LE NUMÉRO DE MODÈLE DU LAVE-VAISSELLE, LE NUMÉRO DE SÉRIE, LA DATE D’ACHAT ET LES NOM ET ADRESSE DU MARCHAND.

*La date d’installation référera à la date la plus tôt où le lave-vaisselle a été installé ou 10 jours ouvrables après la date de livraison.

Garantie limitée complète de 1 an depuis la date d’installation* : Bosch réparera ou remplacera toute pièce de composant présentant un défaut dans des conditions d’utilisation domestique normales sans frais, les frais de main-d’oeuvre et d’expédition sont compris. La réparation doit être effectuée par un centre de service Bosch autorisé (les défauts esthétiques doivent être rapportés dans un délai de 30 jours suivant l’installation).

Garantie limitée de 2 ans depuis la date d’installation* : Bosch fournira les pièces de rechange sans frais pour toute pièce de composant présentant un défaut dans des conditions d’utilisation domestique normales, frais de main-d’oeuvre non compris.

Garantie limitée de 5 ans sur les pièces électroniques depuis la date d’installation* : Bosch réparera ou remplacement tout microprocesseur ou panneaux de circuits imprimés présentant un défaut dans des conditions d’utilisation domestique normales de la deuxième à la cinquième année, frais de main-d’oeuvre non compris.

Garantie limitée de 5 ans depuis la date d’installation* : Bosch remplacera le panier supérieur ou inférieur (excluant les composants du panier) sans frais, si le panier présente un défaut de fabrication ou matériaux dans des conditions d’utilisation domestique normales de la deuxième à la cinquième année, frais de main-d’oeuvre non compris.

Garantie à vie contre la rouille de l’acier inoxydable depuis la date d’installation : Bosch remplacera le lave-vaisselle avec un même modèle ou un modèle semblable si la doublure intérieure devrait rouiller dans des conditions d’utilisation domestique normales, frais de main-d’oeuvre non compris. Bosch remplacera la porte en acier inoxydable de tout lave-vaisselle si la porte présente de la rouille dans des conditions d’utilisation domestique normales, frais de main-d’oeuvre non compris.

EXCLUSIONS : cette garantie ne couvre pas les appels de service ou de réparation pour corriger l’installation du lave-vaisselle, pour donner des instructions quant à l’utilisation du lave-vaisselle, le remplacement de fusible ou la correction de la plomberie ou du câblage électrique dans la résidence ou la réparation du lave-vaisselle utilisé de façon autre que l’usage auquel il est destiné, soit un usage normal à des fins domestiques. De plus, les garanties stipulées dans l’énoncé excluent tout défaut ou dommage survenant à cause d’accident, modification, mauvaise utilisation, abus, installation inadéquate, réparation non autorisée, forces externes hors du contrôle de Bosch tels actes de Dieu, ou installation non conforme aux codes électriques ou de plomberie locaux. Les frais de main-d’oeuvre encourus pour la réparation ou le remplacement de tout lave-vaisselle de plus d’un an depuis la date d’installation ne seront pas couverts par cette garantie. Toute pièce réparée et/ou remplacée par des pièces semblables à des fins de la période de garantie applicable.

SELON CE QUI EST PERMIS PAR LA LOI, CETTE GARANTIE EST EN LIEU DE TOUTE AUTRE GARANTIE EXPRESSE OU IMPLICITE, INCLUANT LES GARANTIES IMPLICITES OU DE COMMERCIALISATION ET DESTINÉES À DES FINS PARTICULIÈRES. BOSCH N’ASSUME AUCUNE RESPONSABILITÉ POUR LES DOMMAGES INTÉRÊTS OU ACCESSOIRES.
