¹Cambie el aceite después de las primeras 5 horas de funcionamiento y, en lo sucesivo, cada 50 horas o una vez al año, lo que suceda antes. Cámbielo antes si el motor funciona en condiciones de suciedad o polvo.

²Sustitúyalo con más frecuencia en condiciones de suciedad o polvo.

Recomendaciones Generales

El mantenimiento periódico mejorará el rendimiento y prolongará la vida útil del generador. Acuda a un distribuidor autorizado para reparar la unidad.

La garantía del generador no cubre los elementos que hayan sido sujetos al abuso o negligencia del operador. Para recibir el valor completo de la garantía, el operador deberá mantener el generador de la forma descrita en este manual.

Se deberán llevar a cabo algunos ajustes periódicamente para mantener correctamente su generador.

Todos los ajustes de la sección Servicio y Ajustes de este manual deberán ser hechos por lo menos una vez en cada estación. Cumpla con los requisitos de la tabla “Programa de Mantenimiento” descrita anteriormente.

NOTA: Una vez al año deberá limpiar o reemplazar la bujía y reemplazar el filtro de aire. Una bujía nueva y un filtro de aire limpio garantizan una mezcla de combustible-aire adecuada y ayuda a que su motor funcione mejor y tenga una vida útil más prolongada.

Control de emisiones

Cualquier establecimiento o individuo especializado en la reparación de motores que no sean de automoción puede encargarse del mantenimiento, la sustitución y la reparación de los dispositivos y sistemas de control de emisiones. Véase Garantía de control de emisiones en la sección Garantía.
