Cambio del aceite del motor

Cambie el aceite después de las 4 primeras horas de funcionamiento. Sucesivamente, cambie el aceite cada 8 horas. Si utiliza la bomba de agua en condiciones extremas de suciedad, polvo o calor, cambie el aceite cada 4 horas.

PRECAUCIÓN

Evite el contacto prolongado o repetido de la piel con el aceite usado del motor.

•El aceite usado provoca cáncer de piel en determinados animales de laboratorio.

•Lave perfectamente las partes expuestas con jabón y agua.

MANTENER FUERA DEL ALCANCE DE LOS NIÑOS. NO CONTAMINE. CONSERVE LOS RECURSOS. DEPOSITE EL ACEITE USADO EN UN PUNTO DE RECOGIDA.

Cambie el aceite cuando el motor siga estando caliente después de haber funcionado:

1.Apoye la bomba de agua de lado en una superficie horizontal, con los orificios de llenado de combustible y aceite hacia arriba.

2.Desconecte el cable de la bujía de ésta y colóquelo donde no pueda entrar en contacto con la bujía.

ADVERTENCIA

Las chispas involuntarias pueden provocar fuego o descargas eléctricas.

CUANDO AJUSTE O REPARE LA BOMBA DE AGUA

•Desconecte el cable de la bujía de ésta y colóquelo donde no pueda entrar en contacto con la bujía.

CUANDO PRUEBE LA BUJÍA DEL MOTOR

•Utilice un comprobador de bujías homologado.

•NO compruebe la chispa sin la bujía instalada.

MANTENIMIENTO

3.Asegúrese de apretar firmemente el tapón de combustible.

4.Limpie la zona de alrededor del tapón de llenado y de la varilla de nivel de aceite.

5.Quite el tapón de llenado de aceite y la varilla de nivel y vacíe todo el aceite en un contenedor adecuado en el sentido que se indica en la Figura 69.

6.Apoye la bomba de agua de lado en una superficie horizontal, con los orificios de llenado de combustible y aceite hacia arriba.

7.Con la ayuda del recipiente de medida de aceite, vierta lentamente el aceite por el orificio de llenado añadiendo 15 ml (0,5 oz.) cada vez (Figura 70). NO añada aceite en exceso.

NOTA: La capacidad aproximada del motor es de 90 ml (3 oz.).

8.Vuelva a colocar el tapón de llenado de aceite y la varilla de nivel. Apriételo firmemente a mano.

9.Vuelva a conectar el cable de la bujía a esta.

10.Limpie el aceite que se haya podido derramar.
