ANTES DE DARLE ARRANQUE AL MOTOR

Agregar Aceite al Motor

Coloque la generador sobre una superficie nivelada.

PRECAUCIÓN

Cualquier intento para arancar el motor antes de haberle proporcionado el mantenimiento apropiado con el aceite recomendado, podría ocasionar la falla del motor.

Consulte el manual del propietario del motor para añadir al motor el aceite recomendado.

El daño a la lavadora a presión, resultado de la desatención a esta precaución, no será cubierto por la garantía.

NOTA: Verifique el aceite del motor de manera frecuente cuando éste se esfuerce demasiado. Consulte el manual del propietario del motor para conocer cuáles son las recomendaciones al respecto.

NOTA: El campo giratorio del generador se encuentra en un cojinete pre-lubricado y sellado que no requiere lubricación adicional por la vida útil del cojinete.

Agregue Combustible

NOTA: Este motor está certificado para funcionar con gasolina.

ADVERTENCIA

La combustible y sus vapores son extremadamente inflamables y explosivos.

El fuego o una explosión pueden causar quemaduras severas e inclusive la muerte.

CUANDO AÑADA COMBUSTIBLE

Apague el generador (posición OFF) y déjelo enfriar al menos por

2 minutos antes de remover la tapa de la combustible. Afloje la tapa lentamente para dejar que la presión salga del tanque.

Llene el depósito de combustible a la intemperie.

NO llene demasiado el tanque. Permita al menos espacio para la expansión del combustible.

Mantenga la combustible alejada de chispas, llamas abiertas, pilotos, calor y otras fuentes de ignición.

NO encienda un cigarrillo o fume.

1.Utilice combustible normal sin plomo, limpia y nueva con un mínimo de 85 octanos. NO utilice combustible que contenga metanol ni mezcle aceite con combustible.

2.Limpie el área alrededor de la tapa de llenado del combustible, retire la tapa.

3.Agregue lentamente combustible regular "SIN PLOMO" al tanque de combustible. Use un embudo para evitar que se derrame. Llene el tanque lentamente hasta aproximadamente 1.5" por debajo de la parte la cima del cuello del tubo de llenado (Figura 18).

4.Instale la tapa del tanque de combustible y limpie la combustible que se haya derramado.
