3Remove slack in the harness from around child’s upper thighs.
4Remove slack in the harness between the HUGS™ chest pads and buckle.
5Pull the harness adjuster strap
up until a click is heard. The
Click & Safe™ indicator will click when the harness is within range of appropriate snugness.
Checklist
9 Check that the harness is buckled and secure.
9 Check that the harness is snug and you can not pinch excess.
NOTE: If there is still slack in the harness, return to step 1 then pull the adjuster strap up again until another click indicates a snug harness. It may be necessary to double check to confirm that the harness is within range of appropriate snugness. Always confirm a snug fit by attempting to pinch excess webbing.
