DIMM

We recommend that you expand the printer memory to avoid any memory full errors.
For HL-5140 and HL-5150D
This printe r has 16 MB of standard memory and a slot for opti onal additi onal memory. The memory ca n
be expanded up to a total of 144 MB by install ing a commercially availabl e DIMM (Dual In-line Memory
Module).
For HL-5170DN
This printe r has 32 MB of standard memory and a slot for opti onal additi onal memory. The memory ca n
be expanded up to a total of 160 MB by install ing a commercially availabl e DIMM (Dual In-line Memory
Module).
