You can copy the entire phonebook
to another handset registered to
the base.
If the phonebook becomes full
during copying the display shows
Memoryfull.
If copying is not successful the display
shows Dir.copy failed.
If you copy an entry that already exists
in the receiving handset it will create a
duplicate entry.
Copy all entries
1. Press .
2. Press and scroll to
Copy All.
3. Press and select the handset you want to copy to and
press .
Atthe receiving handset:
4. Display shows
Receive entry?.Press to confirm or
to cancel.
5. When successful the display shows
Copied.
6. Press to return to the previous menu level.
