Per selezionare uno dei suddetti modi, accendere líunità premendo e rilasciando il pulsante POWER. Tenere quindi premuto il pulsante MODE per cinque secondi. L’icona del display del ìSETUPî si illuminerà e il modo corrente di compensazione

sarà identificato o dal simbolo ìARCOî ( ), o dal simbolo ìFUCILE” ( ) accesi con uno dei gruppi balistici (da A a J) visualizzati e lampeggianti, oppure non si accende alcun indicatore e nella parte inferiore del display LCD lampeggia il messaggio ().

Èpossibile scorrere i vari modi, con sequenza circolare, premendo e rilasciando il pulsante mode. L’ordine dei modi è il seguente:

ARCO, FUCILE A, FUCILE B, FUCILE C, FUCILE D, FUCILE E, FUCILE G, FUCILE H, FUCILE I, FUCILE J, REG, ecc. Quando viene visualizzato il modo arco selezionato, líicona “ARCO” lampeggerà, mentre quando viene visualizzato il modo ìFUCILE: selezionato, l’icona ìFUCILEì sarà fissa, ma il gruppo balistico lampeggerà sul fondo del display LCD. Quando viene visualizzato il modo () il messaggio () lampeggerà in fondo sul display.

Una volta visualizzato il modo desiderato di compensazione della distanza, selezionarlo premendo e rilasciando il pulsante POWER. Dopo questa selezione, líunità di misura corrente, ìYî per yarde o ìMî per metri, lampeggerà sul display, e líicona di SETUP rimane accesa. Premere il pulsante MODE per alternare líunità di misura. Quando è visuilizzata l’unità di misura desiderata, premere il pulsante POWER (alimentazione) per accettare l’unità di misura.

Se si sceglie la modalità FUCILE, dopo aver determinato l’unità di misura, l’utente ha due altre opzioni:

1.Vista variabile, Variable Sight-In (VSI™). Permette al telemetro riflehunter di scegliere fra quattro distanze di vista (100, 150, 200 o 300 yarde o metri). L’indicatore della distanza di vista, “Sight Dist”, si accenderà e il valore della distanza di vista lampeggerà nella parte inferiore del display (per es. 100, 150, 200, o 300). Le opzioni della distanza possono essere ripetute con sequenza circolare premendo e rilasciando il pulsante del modo. Una volta visualizzata la distanza desiderata, selezionarla premendo e rilasciando il pulsante dell’alimentazione.
