You can take natural-looking flash pictures with appropriate illumination even in dark places using the built-in flash. It also reduces the red-eye effect when shooting people at night or in dark indoor places.

A (Auto): The flash automatically fires according to the brightness of the subject.

(Red-eye reduction auto): The Super Night LED lights up automatically before the flash to reduce the red-eye effect.

(Flash on): The flash is forced to fire regardless of the brightness of the subject.

(Flash off): The flash does not fire. Use this setting when you are shooting in places where flash photography is prohibited.

Changing The Setting of the Flash

TAPE + CAMERA , CARD + CAMERA

1.Press the (flash) button.

The display changes in the following order with each press of the button.

A (Auto) (Red-eye reduction auto)

(Flash off) (Flash on)

The selected mode appears in the display, with the exception of A (Auto), which disappears after 4 seconds.

When you press the flash button while Auto is selected and A is not displayed, A appears. Then, when you press the button while it is displayed, you can change the setting.

During record pause mode

2.Press the PHOTO button halfway down and hold it.

The flash automatically rises.

3.Press the PHOTO button fully down to take the still picture.

The flash fires.

During recording, the display shows the still image.
