Check
Print a nozzle check pattern.
If colours are broken or missing, clean the print head.
If lines are not aligned properly, align the print head.
If any portion of the nozzle check pattern is streaked, the print head could
be clogged, may not be aligned properly, or the BJ Cartridge may be wor n
out.
• If the nozzle check pattern prints normally, there may be a problem in the
application program. For details, refer to the troubleshooting sections of
the documentation of your application program.
• If the problem is not solved by cleaning the print head, aligning the print
head, or replacing the BJ Cartridge, see the "Before you Call for Help"
section.
