PROTECTING YOUR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
As an aid in preventing errors when sending faxes, you can specify that all fax numbers must be confirmed by users upon entry prior to transmission, prohibit users from sending faxes to multiple addresses, and disable the availability of the redial feature. You can also limit access to the Address Book with a code to prevent unauthorized users from viewing, adding, or changing stored destinations, as well as prohibit the manual entry of new fax addresses.
