Record an outgoing message (see p. 7-1).

Load paper in the multi- purpose tray (see p. 1-7), replace the BJ cartridge (see p. 9-5) or clear the paper jam (see p. 9-1).

Remove the document.

Listen to your telephone messages and delete any unnecessary messages. Alternatively, erase all telephone messages stored in the fax memory (see p. 7-7).
