Shooting Super Slow Motion Movies

You can shoot fast-moving subjects for playback later in slow motion. Note that sound is not recorded.

1Choose [].

zzSet the mode dial to [E].

zzPress the <m> button, choose [E] in the menu, and then choose [] (=34).

2Choose a frame rate.

zzPress the <m> button, choose [] in the menu, and choose the desired frame rate (=34).

Zooming is not available during recording, even if you move the zoom lever.

Focus, exposure, and color are determined when you press the movie button.

When you play the movie (=101), it will be played back in slow motion.

You can change the movie playback speed by using the software (=21, 26) on a computer.
