Registering Shooting Settings

You can register commonly used shooting modes and settings to your preference. To switch between registered settings, simply turn the mode dial to . Even if you switch shooting modes or turn off the power, settings that usually cancel (self timer, etc.) will be saved.

Settings that Can be Registered

•Shooting modes (G, M, Band D)

•Items set in G, M, Bor D(pp. 74 – 100)

•Items in the shooting menu

•Zoom position

•Manual focus position (p. 93)

•My Menu items (p. 167)

Enter the shooting mode you want to register and make the settings.Choose [Save Settings].

●Press the nbutton, choose [Save Settings] in the 4tab, then press the m button.

Register the settings.

●Press the qrbuttons or turn the Êdial to choose [OK], then press the mbutton.

• To change part of the pre-registered settings (except the shooting

mode), choose and changes the settings, then repeat Steps 2-3. These settings will not be reflected in other Shooting modes.

•To return contents registered to to the default settings, turn the mode dial to , then choose [Reset All] (p. 50).
