Step 10. On the motor remove the five shipping blocks by unscrewing the screws.

Discard the five shipping blocks and screws.

BLOCKS

Step 11. Install the assembled blade and blade holder to the fan motor. Use the blade holder screws provided.

Using the screwdriver, tighten securely by hand only.

Step 12. Remove the two screws of the switch housing cap. Set the cap and screws aside for use in Step 17.
