SETTINGS & TOOLS

3. Select one of the following settings, then press the C enter Select

Key [SET].

Press Once: Temporarily release the loc k by pressing the Center

Select Key with the flip closed.

Press Twice: Temporarily release the lock by pressing the Center

Select Key then  with the flip closed.

Sounds Settings

Provides options to customize the handset’s sounds.

Accessing the Sounds Set tings submenu

1. From idle mode with the flip open , press the Center Select Key

[MENU], select Settings & Tools, then press the Center Select

Key [OK].

2. Press  Sounds Settings.

3. Select a submenu:

Easy Set-Up / Call Soun ds / Alert Sounds / Keypad Volu me /

Digit Dial Readout / S ervice Alerts / Power O n/Off

Easy Set-Up

You can set the Call Sounds, Keypad Volume, Text Message Alert,

Multimedia Message Alert, and Voicemail Mes sage Alert all at once

using the Wizard.

1. From idle mode with the flip open , press the Center Select Key

[MENU], select Settings & Tools, then press the Center Select

Key [OK]. Press  Sounds Settings,  Easy Set-Up.

2. Follow the on screen prompts to set sounds settings.

CALL SOUNDS: Select Ring Only, Vibrate Only, Ring and

Vibrate or Be Silent then press the Center Select Key [SET] to

save the setting or press the Right Soft Key [Skip] to go to the

next setting.
