Removing the battery

1. Slide the Battery C over Lock to the FREE

position in the direction of the arrow

shown in the figure to the right.

2. Insert your fingertip into the recess , and

then pull the battery cover up in the

direction indicated in the figure to the right

.

3. Remove the battery by pulling up on the tab .

Warning!

Do not leave the removed battery near heat sources such a s a

flame, stove, or in direct sunlight. Otherwise, it may burst,

malfunction, or ignite -causing fire. Do not hit, or exert excessive

shock on the battery, as it can ignite or break.

When removing the battery cover with a fingernail, the n ail can be

broken.

Charging the Battery

To charge your battery:

1. Connect the Wall Charger to the Ha ndset Charging Cradle

(included in box).
