Pinning an Annotation on the Geometry Window

You can pin an annotation on the Geometry window using the Pin function. By default, annotations are ‘Unpinned’, so they pan or zoom along with the Geometry window. Pinning an annotation fixes its position on the screen so it is always displayed in the same location on the Geometry window.

Example: To pin text at a particular location on the Geometry window

(1) Select (highlight) the text on the Geometry window.

(2)Tap [Edit], [Properties], and then [Pin].

(3)When text is pinned, it maintains its position as shown here even when the window is panned.
