USING THE CAMERA WITH A COMPUTER

This section explains the software and applications on the CD-ROM that comes bundled with the camera, and provides an overview of what you can do with them.

Note that the procedure you need to perform depends on whether you are using computer running under Windows (see below) or a Macintosh (see page 227).

Using the Camera with a Windows Computer

Your digital camera comes bundled with useful applications for using it in combination with a computer. Install the applications you need on your computer.

About the bundled CD-ROM

The CD-ROM that comes bundled with the camera contains the applications described below. Installation of these applications is optional, and you should install only the ones you want to use.
