9-2 File Operations and Re-calculation

This section explains the various operations you can perform with S • SHT mode files. It also

tells you how to re-calculate the formulas in a spreadsheet.

kSpreadsheet File Operations

u To create a new file

1.In the S • SHT mode, press 1(FILE)1(NEW).

•This displays a dialog box for inputting a file name.

2.Enter up to eight characters for the Spreadsheet file name, and then press w.

•This will display a blank spreadsheet.

#If the file name you enter in step 2 is the name of a spreadsheet file already stored in memory, the calculator will open that file instead of creating a new one.
