IMPORTANT!

•You need the optional AC adaptor (AD-C30) in order

to connect the camera to a computer using the USB

cable. If you do not use the AC adaptor to power the

camera, it will be powered only by its batteries, which

creates the risk of sudden power failure during file

transfer should batteries go low. Such power failure

can cause corruption of camera memory and/or your

memory card.

•If you want to transfer files from the camera’s built-in

memory to a computer, make sure there is no

memory card loaded in the camera before you

connect the USB cable.

Connect the optional AC adaptor to the [DC IN3V] connector of the camera, and then plug itin to a household power outlet.
