1. Seleccione o nome do dispositivo 7921 da Cisco.

Clique em Serviços de telefone.

 

3.

Clique em Adicionar novo.

 

4.

Seleccione um serviço na lista pendente e clique em Seguinte.

 

5.

Altere a etiqueta do serviço e/ou introduza informações de serviço

 

 

adicionais, se estiverem disponíveis (opcional).

 

Nota Se a etiqueta contiver mais de 11 caracteres, utilize um nome mais

 

 

pequeno visto que as etiquetas são abreviadas da esquerda para

 

 

a direita. Por exemplo, "Suporte ao cliente" é apresentado como

 

 

".....te ao cliente"
