2.5.2 Explanation of each parts
•Frontcover
Open/close this cover in case of paper change or paper jam.
•Paper lamp
Lightsup when paper runs out.
•Feedswitch
Press this switch to feed the paper.Pressing this switch keeps paper feeding continuously.
•Mechanismlock lever
This lock lever is used to pull down the printer mechanism to lift up the print head and to remove the paper
manually.Or move the cutter blade in case the cutter blade is locked due to paper jam.
•Head - up lever
This is the lever to lift up print head.
•Cutterblade(For CBM-290)
Used to cut the papermanually.
•Mounting bracket
Used to mountthis equipment on the rack etc.
•Interface connector
Connect a cable for power supply and interface to this connector.
•DIP switch
Used to set the initial setting such as the typeof interface (serial/parallel) or print density etc.
•FG terminal
Used to earth the frameof main body. Connect it properly.
•Auto paper cutter (CBM-291 only)
Paper is cut automaticallyby command. Complete full cut or partial cut (one tear point remains) can be
specified.
