[p] key

Use to control playback and pause. [R], [F] keys

Use to perform track selection. Touch and hold to enable fast-forward or fast- backward.

Note:

The title display (*) shows, from top level down, the SONG title, ARTIST name, and ALBUM title. Press the operation display to scroll the SONG title.

Note:

*1 Displays status of Repeat, Shuffle play.

1 : 1-track Repeat

A : All Repeat

S : Song Shuffle

*2 When a Podcast or Audio Book which has two or more chapters is played back, the chapter title and chapter number are displayed.

• Uses to switch the shuffle mode and repeat mode.

List keys

Displays the corresponding list screen.

[Podcasts], [Artists], [Albums], [Genres], [Playlists], [Audio Books], [Composers] and [Songs] are available.

[Back] key

Uses to return to the iPod menu screen.

Audio Books menu

Uses to change the playback speed during playing Audio Books.

[Pod Color] key

Changes the background color of the iPod menu screen.

Color keys: Selects the desired color.

[AUTO]: Changed to the color of the connected iPod.

*This function may not be applicable to some iPod models. In this case, the background color will be set to white.

Pausing playback

1.Press the [p] button or touch the [p] key during playback.

Playback pauses.

2.To resume playback, press the [p] button or touch the [p] key again.

Playback resumes.

Skipping a track (searching)

1.Press the [R] or [F] button during playback.

Tracks are skipped, as many as the times the button is pressed, and playback starts.

Pressing the [F] button starts playback from the beginning of the next track.

Pressing the [R] button starts playback from the beginning of the current track. When this button is pressed again within about 2 seconds, playback starts from the beginning of the previous track.

*When a Podcast or Audio Book which has two or more chapters is played back, pressing the [R] or [F] button during pausing moves the current location to the beginning of the previous or next chapter.
