Maintenance

Place the device on a hard, at surface only.
Do not expose the device, its batterie s or CDs to
moisture, dirt or excessive heat.
Do not block ventilation. A gap of at least 15 cm must
be kept between the ventilation opening s and the
surrounding surfaces to ensure proper venti lation
and avoid overheating.
All mechanical components are self-lub ricating and
do not require grease.
Use a soft and dry cloth
to clean the unit. Do
not use cleaning agents
containing alcohol,
ammonia, benzene or
other abrasives, which
may damage the device.

Cleaning CDs

Use a soft and clean cloth to wipe away ngerprint s
or dust from the surface of the disc. Wip e in a straight
motion from the center to the edge. Very small dust
particles and slight will not aect the s ound quality.
Never use chemical products such as sprays f or con-
ventional (vinyl) records, anti static aerosols, b enzene
or thinners to clean your CDs.
