•Plus lourd que l’air, le GPL s’accumule au ras du sol. Si vous sentez le gaz, éloignez-vous immédiatement de l’endroit.

•Fixez ou détachez toujours la cartouche de GPL à l’air libre – jamais quand la chaufferette catalytique est allumée, se trouve près de flammes, de veilleuses et d’autres sources d’inflammation ou lorsqu’elle est chaude au toucher.

•Chauffant au rouge pendant son utilisation, la chaufferette peut enflammer les matières inflammes trop près du brûleur. Gardez les produits inflammables à au moins 45 cm (18 po) des côtés et du dessus de la chaufferette. Gardez en outre l’essence et les liquides ou vapeurs inflammables à une bonne distance.
