	are shown in a monospaced font.
	Boldface monospaced font indicates
	user input.
Terms and titles	Terms deﬁned only in the glossary are
	shown in italics when presented for
	the ﬁrst time. Italics are also used for
	titles of manuals and books, and for
	emphasis.
FE	RTR frontend
TR	RTR transaction router or router
