ADVERTENClA: Nunca intente hacer ajustes mientras la mdquina estd en funcionamiento, excepto que est_ especificamente recomendado en el manual del operador.

ADVERTENCIA: Para otrosajustes, desconecte el cable(s) de la bujia de encendidoy condctelosa tierra con el motor. Luego proceda a realizar los ajustes.

Posicibn del asiento

La posicibndel asiento en el vehiculo utilitario cortac6sped se puede ajustar para mayor conveniencia del operador.

1.Detenga el vehiculocompletamente y enganche el freno de mano. Apague el vehiculo.

2.Tire el asiento hacia arriba, como se muestra en Figura 17, para acceder a la estructuradel asiento.

3.Usando una Uave o clavija de 9/16", afloje los cuatro tomillosen la base del asiento. Vea Figura 17.

4.Deslice el asiento hacia adelante o hacia atrds en la ranura y col6quelo en la forma deseada. Vuelva a apratar los cuatro tornillos.

4.Utilice un par de guantes para trabajo pesado para prevenirlesiones, gire la cuchillapara que apunte lado a 1adoy perpendiculara la transmisibn.

5.Mida la distancia de cada punta de ceda cuchillaal piso. Si la distancia de ambas puntas de la cuchiUaal pisono es la misma, realice una nivelacibn de lado a lado de la cubierta.

6.Para su nivelaci6n, retire la horquillay la arandela plana mostradasen Figura 18. Enrosque la fdrula hacia adentro o hacia afuera segdn se requiera.

7.Vedfique que el ajuste sea correcto. Repita el ajuste en caso neeesaric.

8.Vuelva a colocar la horquillay la arandela en la f_rula.

Nivelaci6n de la cubierta

IMPORTANTE: Realice los ajustes a la cubierta sobre una superficieplana y nivelada.

1.Antes de continuarcon el ajuste de la cubierta, controlela presi6n de aire en los cuatro neumdticos.

La presibnde aira recomendada es de 20-22 psi.

2.Coloque el vehiculo sobre una superficie nivelada. Presione y asegure el freno de mano. Desconecte el cable de la buja de encendido y con_.-'teloa tierra.

3.Coloque la cubierta de la cortadora ell la posicibnrods baja deslizandola palanca de la cubierta hasta la ranura apropiada.

NOTA: El cable de control de la cubierta estd enroscado en ambos extrernos. El ajuste debe hacerlo por el extremo que une la palanca de control a la colurnnade direcci6n.

1.Inspeccione la conexibny el cable en busca de dafio pordesgaste o roturas.

2.Para determinar si se requierealgtln ajuste, realiee la siguienteprueba. El cable de enganche de la cubierta estd correctamente ajustedo cuando la correa impulsorasuperior de la cubierta tiene una deflexibn mdxima de 0,5 =en la posicibnde enganchada. Cuando se desengancha, debe aplicar el freno de las

cuchillasfirmemente y la correa no deberd

arrastrarse.

3.Para ajustar,aflojelas contratuemasy haga hacia atrds el cable para apretar o enrosqueen sentido contrario para aflojar. Utilicepara estouna nave de 1/2_.
